Privacy

Privacy policy — Last updated: 29 September 2026

In short: this website uses no cookies and no analytics. Oaristys runs no server that collects your data — in our apps, it stays on your devices or in your iCloud. The only third-party services are Apple, RevenueCat (purchases), and Google AdMob (ads in Mahjong Flow's free mode). Details are given below, app by app.

On this website

• No cookies, no trackers, no ads. That's why no consent banner is shown.
• Style choice: if you pick a display style (modern light, dark or arcade), your choice is saved in your browser's local storage so it is kept between visits. It never leaves your device and is used for nothing else. You can clear it with the site data in your browser.
• Fonts and images are hosted on our own server. No third-party service is called when the page loads.
• Server logs: our host, Infomaniak (Switzerland), technically records the IP address, date and requested page to keep the service secure. Logs are kept for up to 12 months. Switzerland benefits from a European Commission adequacy decision.
• YouTube videos: a neutral placeholder is shown instead of each video. If you click to play it, it loads from youtube-nocookie.com and Google receives your IP address. Processing is then governed by Google's privacy policy. Legal basis: your consent, given by the click.
• Contact form: it sends nothing by itself. It prepares an email in your email app, which you choose to send or not.
• Emails: if you write to us, we only use your address and message to reply. They are kept for 3 years after our last exchange.

In our apps

Common principles:

• No Oaristys account and no Oaristys server. Progress, settings and your creations are stored on your device, and sometimes in your own iCloud. Oaristys has no access to your iCloud.
• Purchases are processed by Apple. We never receive your payment details. Some apps use RevenueCat (RevenueCat Inc., USA) to verify and restore purchases. RevenueCat receives an anonymous identifier and the purchase history. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
• Advertising: only Mahjong Flow's free mode shows ads, via Google AdMob. In the EU, a consent screen (Google UMP) lets you accept or refuse personalised ads, and you can reopen it from the game's settings. On iPhone, the advertising identifier is only read if you allow it in Apple's "Tracking" prompt. Legal basis: your consent.
• Game Center and iCloud are Apple services, governed by Apple's privacy policy.
• Crash reports: only those Apple shares with us anonymously and in aggregate, if you opted in on your device.
• Permissions (health, location, music, photos…) are only requested when a feature needs them, and the content stays on your device.

App by app:

Health data

PureGait can read and write Apple Health data only with your explicit permission, which you can withdraw at any time in Settings › Health. This data is processed on your device and synced by Apple. Oaristys never receives it and never uses it for advertising, analytics or any other purpose.

Children

Our games may be used by minors. We do not knowingly collect any personal data from children. If you are a parent and believe your child's data has been sent to us, write to us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw your consent. To exercise these rights, write to manu [at] oaristys.eu; we reply within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL, or with your local authority.

Transfers outside the European Union

Apple, Google and RevenueCat may process data in the United States. These transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Our host is located in Switzerland, recognised as providing an adequate level of protection.

Changes

This policy may change, for example when a new app is released. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.

Data deletion

This page explains how to delete data related to Oaristys apps, in line with the GDPR and App Store and Google Play rules.

Data on your devices and in your iCloud

Our apps have no user accounts. Progress, settings and creations are stored on your device, and sometimes in your iCloud. To delete everything:

1. uninstall the app;
2. delete its iCloud backup: Settings › [your name] › iCloud › Manage Storage;
3. for PureGait, you can also delete data written to Apple Health: Health › Profile › Apps › PureGait.

Oaristys has no access to this data and therefore cannot delete it for you.

Data held by our service providers

• Solutions shared in Tissu: write to us with the weave code and we'll remove the solution from the public database.
• Purchase history (RevenueCat): write to us and we'll delete it. Your purchases remain recorded by Apple and can still be restored.
• Advertising (Google AdMob): reset or disable the advertising identifier in your device settings. See also Google My Ad Center.

For any request, email manu [at] oaristys.eu with the subject "Data deletion" and the app name. Data is deleted within 30 days, except information we are legally required to keep (for example, accounting records), which is kept for the legal period.

Terms of use

Terms of use for Oaristys apps — Last updated: 29 September 2026

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the apps published by Oaristys SASU ("Oaristys"): Mahjong Flow, Tissu, Le Rouleau du Feu, NeoCard, PureGait, ClipForge and Emulsion (the "Apps"). By downloading or using an App, you accept these terms.

2. Licence

The Apps are licensed, not sold, to you. For Apps obtained from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies, supplemented by these terms. For Apps obtained from Google Play, Google Play's terms apply in the same way.

Oaristys grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Apps on devices you own or control. You agree not to copy, resell or decompile them, except where the law allows it.

3. Subscriptions

PureGait Premium and ClipForge Pro are offered as subscriptions. ClipForge Pro is also available as a one-time lifetime purchase.

• Price and length: the length (for example monthly or yearly) and price are shown in the App before any purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple (or Google) account when you confirm the purchase.
• Auto-renewal: the subscription renews automatically for the same length and price unless you turn it off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the end of the period.
• Manage or cancel: on iPhone and iPad, open Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you keep access until then.
• Free trial: if a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds: payments are collected by Apple (or Google), which handles refund requests under its own terms: reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. In-app purchases

Some Apps offer in-app purchases, such as ad removal in Mahjong Flow. One-time purchases stay linked to your Apple (or Google) account. You can restore them on your other devices with the "Restore purchases" button in the App's settings.

5. App-specific rules

• PureGait is a wellness and physical activity app. It is not a medical device. Its measurements, tips and programs, including the Coach service, are for information only and do not replace advice from a health professional. Ask your doctor before changing your physical activity, especially if you have a health condition.
• NeoCard provides no BIOS and no games. You are solely responsible for the files you import, which must be backup copies of media you legally own (see the legal notice).
• Tissu: by sharing a solution or weave code, you allow it to be shown to other players in the game.

6. Availability and updates

Oaristys strives to provide reliable Apps and improves them through updates. Some features may change or depend on third-party services (Apple, Google), whose availability Oaristys does not guarantee.

7. Liability and warranties

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights, in particular the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services. To the extent permitted by law, Oaristys is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the Apps.

9. Changes and governing law

These terms may change; the current version is always published on this page. They are governed by French law, without depriving you of the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence.
